Order Tracking Info:
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking info. If you do not receive this email within 3-5 days of placing your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Processing time:
2 to 3 Days (excludes weekends and holidays)
Processing time may exceed 3 days after a Sale/Holiday
Est. Shipping Time:
For Domestic orders within the US, we use USPS Priority Mail, which is 2-3 day shipping after order has been processed (excludes weekends and holidays).
International Orders vary by destination and the countries customs department. Shipping could take between 7-14 business days.
Email email@example.com with pictures of your damaged package (including the box), name under which order was placed and description of damaged product. We insure all packages so we will file a claim with USPS and refund you for the damaged item.
